Peptide Storage – What Impacts Stability Most?
After reconstitution, peptides should be stored at 2–8°C and used within 30 days.
In your experience, what factors most impact peptide degradation?
-
Temperature fluctuations
-
Light exposure
-
Repeated vial punctures
-
Improper dilution ratios

Temperature fluctuation is a big issue. I recommend keeping peptides in the back of the refrigerator rather than the door to avoid exposure to warm air.
