TESAMORELIN/IPAMORELIN (13MG BLEND)

Description

Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin are commonly studied for their roles in supporting the body’s natural growth hormone processes. Tesamorelin is a growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) analog that works by signaling the pituitary gland to stimulate the natural release of growth hormone. Ipamorelin, on the other hand, is a growth hormone secretagogue that mimics the action of ghrelin and encourages the pituitary to release growth hormone in a more targeted way, while generally avoiding some of the broader hormonal effects associated with other compounds in the same category.

When combined, Tesamorelin supports the upstream signaling that initiates growth hormone release, while Ipamorelin enhances and sustains that signal through a separate pathway. Together, this blend is frequently explored for its potential role in supporting body composition, metabolic activity, recovery, and overall performance by promoting a more natural and sustained growth hormone pulse within the body.

Reconstitution Protocol:

  • Reconstitute with 1.3ml bacteriostatic water

Dosage Instructions:

1.3 ml bacteriostatic water delivers 1mg of Tesamorelin and 300mcg of Ipamorelin per 10 unit dose.

  • Dose 10- 20 units, PM fasted (10 units 1mg Tesa/300mcg Ipa – 20 units 2mg Tesa/600mcg Ipa)

Peptides to stack with Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin blend:

1. CJC-1295:

CJC-1295 works through the same GHRH pathway as Tesamorelin but has a longer activity window. It is often researched for maintaining more consistent growth hormone signaling, which may support body composition, recovery, and sleep quality when paired with GH secretagogues.

2. BPC-157:

BPC-157 is frequently studied for tissue repair and recovery. It is commonly included in stacks focused on joint health, muscle recovery, and connective tissue support, making it a complementary addition for individuals focusing on training or injury recovery.

3. MOTS-c

MOTS-c is researched for its role in mitochondrial function and metabolic regulation. When paired with growth hormone–supporting peptides, it is often explored for energy production, endurance, and metabolic efficiency.

4. AOD-9604

AOD-9604 is a modified fragment of human growth hormone that is commonly studied for its potential effects on fat metabolism. It is sometimes stacked with growth hormone secretagogues to support body composition and fat-loss–focused research protocols.
