Dosage Instructions
- Dosage Schedule: Each week, doses are taken 5 days ON, then 2 days OFF
- Build tolerance fast – suggested to increase dose by 10-20mcg weekly
- Duration: Up to 16 weeks Doses must be spaced 2-3 hours apart
- First dose is taken early AM for stronger effects on empty stomach
Dosage Amount: Week 1: 40mcg, 1x/day
- Progressively increase by 10-20mcg weekly, as needed. Use body’s response to adjust dose (energy, temperature, etc.)
- Do not increase if prior dose was already effective. Lowest effective dose is best practice.
