· Keep mixed solution cold at all times

Reconstitute
· Mix 200 units (2.0mL) of cold water into powder, gently
· Follow RECONSTITUTION INSTRUCTIONS exactly

Dosage Amount
· Inject 20 units, 5 days on, 2 days off
· Use for 12 weeks on, 4 weeks off

Dosage Schedule
· Daily (Mon–Fri), take weekends off
